Breaking in these new Digital Camo Straps from @DieEpic
If you are already following one of my programs you can substitute any side raise for these seated swing side raises.
The beauty of this exercise is that you can use a heavier weight because you are using some momentum. The heavier weight creates a NICE and JUICY contraction at the top of the motion.
Make sure your keeping that posture in check tho! Be aware of keeping your shoulders in place, and your lower back engaged.
